To mark the end of a record-breaking year for Stylist, on Friday we hosted a lunch at the sumptuous Brasserie of Light to celebrate International Women's Day with some of our most-valued partners. It provided an opportunity to reflect on the innovative campaigns and hallmark events we have had the privilege of collaborating on over the last 12 months, and celebrate some of the exciting partnerships already in the pipeline for 2025. A huge thanks to everyone who attended! • Who’s on your dream dinner party guest list? If you were one of the 10 million people who devoured Nobody Wants This the moment it landed on Netflix, Adam Brody will no doubt be head of your table. We’re all about giving the people what they want, which is why we asked TV’s favourite ‘hot rabbi’ to star in our festive food issue. He joined us for cake and conversation about his journey from Seth to Noah, his favourite holiday traditions and the need for more masculine role models. And yes, he is as lovely as you think. Inside, the feast continues with a bumper Good Food, Good Chat special featuring five courses dreamt up by the coolest chefs and fascinating talking points from voices of the year, including Gillian Anderson and Coco Mellors. With a fashion guide to dressing for dinner and a last-minute gift guide curated by the #StylistMagazine editors, we’ve got you covered for the full festive season. • Every year, more than 100,000 women will experience baby loss or miscarriage in the UK, and a huge number of them will be dealing with this alone and in silence as they work. As part of our Every Loss Counts campaign, Stylist is joining forces with Tommy's, the UK’s largest pregnancy and baby loss charity, with a mission to change how women have to cope with miscarriage, baby loss or fertility challenges in the workplace. Right now, there is no dedicated leave if you’ve lost a baby before 24 weeks, despite the fact that 20% of losses leave women with post-traumatic stress symptoms. For those going through fertility treatment, 93% say it's negatively impacted their career. For women on complex pregnancy journeys, a fear of appearing 'uncommitted' to their job often means suffering in silence. Even in workplaces with an inclusive culture, more than 60% of managers say they feel unequipped to support a colleague through such a difficult time. But your workplace could be the change we need to see, by joining us in our goal to sign up 100 businesses to Tommy’s Pregnancy And Parenting At Work training. By encouraging your company to take up these three e-learning courses, you can make sure your workplace truly supports people when they need that help the most.    Head to https://lnkd.in/eKP-yBHf and quote Stylist to receive Tommy's Pregnancy And Parenting At Work training at a 50% discounted rate – and if you’re a small business with fewer than 250 employees, it’s absolutely free. We hope you’ll join us on our mission to make workplaces kinder, more supportive places for every person impacted by miscarriage and baby loss.
